Restaurant Operations Manager

We're looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Supervisor at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for leading and empowering your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a diverse team to achieve operational excellence and high standards of guest service
- Recruit, train, and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve targeted costs
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Owner to achieve business objectives and support the growth of the restaurant
- Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs

- Premium rate of pay for your hard work and dedication
- A fast-paced and dynamic work environment where no two days are the same
- 1+ years of quick service experience in a supervisory role
- Strong operational experience and knowledge of recruiting, training, and coaching team members
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve high standards of guest service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
