Restaurant Operations Manager
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Soul Restaurants Canada Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
**Responsibilities**
* Establish and implement effective methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless service delivery
* Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
* Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure efficient meal preparation and minimize waste
* Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure food and service meet our high standards
* Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions
* Supervise and check assembly of trays to ensure presentation and quality meet our standards

**Requirements**
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
