Restaurant Operations Manager

Soul Restaurants Canada Inc is seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during your shift. This includes managing staff, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage and supervise staff during your shift, providing guidance and support as needed
* Maintain high standards of quality and service, ensuring that all food and beverages meet our standards
* Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, including inventory management and maintenance of equipment
* Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other relevant data
**Requirements:**
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
**Work Environment:**
* Restaurant environment

* Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
