Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Soul Restaurants Canada Inc. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during your shift, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and controlling costs.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Train and supervise staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize inventory levels and minimize waste.
- Time Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, and supervise and check assembly of trays to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, with a strong background in food service management.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
