Job Title: Personal Lines Broker Service

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Broker Service Representative to join our team at the FamGuard Group of Companies.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying customer needs, building on existing products, and developing new sales opportunities. They will also be responsible for creating a trusting environment that fosters new sales and retention of existing business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify customer needs and develop contact plans to build on existing products and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to introduce new products and services to customers.
  • Quote and market personal insurance business to meet customer needs.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to overall business improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and other key performance indicators.
  • Stay up-to-date on company underwriting guidelines and changing markets.
Requirements
  • AIC/RIBO license or willingness to obtain within the first 60 days of employment.
  • 3 days in office for the first 6 months.
  • Other national licensing is considered an asset.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in personal lines, automobile, and property insurance.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
