Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Broker

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual customer service broker to join our team at Orbit Insurance Services. As a key member of our VIP program, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our high-value clients and strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for VIP clients, building strong relationships and offering tailored insurance solutions.
  • Shape the future of our VIP program by providing exceptional service and insights that drive growth and elevate the client experience.
  • Take ownership of client interactions, handling inquiries, processing changes, and ensuring all underwriting standards and requirements are met.
  • Resolve challenges proactively, ensuring client satisfaction by addressing and resolving any product or service issues.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our VIP program by sharing insights and recommendations with leadership.

Requirements:

  • AMF license required.
  • RIBO license (or a commitment to obtain one).
  • Minimum of 3 years in personal lines automobile and property insurance.
  • Proficiency in French and English is required.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • A growth mindset and a desire to evolve your role as the VIP program expands.
