Travel Industry Sales Development Manager

About the RoleAs a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base in Canada. This is a remote vacancy open to candidates residing in Quebec Province or Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales activities to achieve growth and expand presence in assigned territory.
- Sign-up new partners (tour operators, travel agencies, TMCs, OTAs) and provide them with extended training of our system.
- Build a strong, long-lasting relationship with new partners.
- Prepare, execute, and manage commercial deals with partners, including document flow and technical setup.
- Manage accounts until the first purchase is made.
- Ensure compliance with commercial conditions by partners, including payment flow.
- Participate in trade shows, partner events, webinars, and other business-related events.
- Provide market & competitive environment analysis.
- Provide regular comprehensive reporting through CRM and internal systems.
- Initiate API deals with potential and existing partners.
We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual with 3+ years of successful sales experience in the full sales life cycle within the travel industry, with a focus on business development. You should have an in-depth understanding of the Canadian travel market, including B2B travel networks (travel agencies, tour operators, OTAs).
Apart from relevant experience, we are looking for someone who is proactive, results-oriented, comfortable in fast-paced environments, and has creative problem-solving skills. You should also be data-driven, tech-savvy, and experienced using KPIs to track success.
You will work independently with a high level of accountability, think outside-the-box, and develop creative solutions to challenges. Up to 50% of your working time may involve visiting customers, attending events, or meeting the team. Having your own car is crucial for this role.
You should be bilingual in French and English, with additional languages being advantageous. Must be a citizen or permanent resident of Canada.

Salary Range:$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
