Job Overview:
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving results and expanding brand presence across the assigned territory. This includes assessing local market conditions, identifying sales opportunities, and forecasting growth for the territory.
You will also be responsible for qualifying new business prospects, building a strong sales pipeline, and representing our client's full product range. Additionally, you will need to handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and promote new products to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Market Development: Assess local market conditions, identify sales opportunities, and forecast growth for the territory.
- Sales Generation: Qualify new business prospects and build a strong sales pipeline, representing our client's full product range.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key business partners and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Customer Service: Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and promote new products to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate CRM records, conduct monthly reporting, and support credit and collection processes.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales or sales management within the building materials or construction industry.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce).
- Attributes: Highly motivated, adaptable, with a results-oriented mindset and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Other Requirements: Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the territory as needed.
- Workplace: Home office or company office environment. This position will require frequent travel within the territory.
- Flexible hours, including night and weekends (as per customer needs)
