GHD is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the design and management of large transportation infrastructure projects.
This role requires a Post-secondary degree in Civil Engineering and Ontario Professional Engineer designation. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in design and engineering of transportation infrastructure projects, including project management experience.
The Transportation Group within GHD Canada works with municipal, provincial, and regional transportation agencies on large scale projects across highways, roads, bridges, transit, and multi-modal infrastructure. Our team provides integrated transportation services throughout the project lifecycle from policy advice to construction administration.
A competitive salary of $110,000 - $130,000 per year is being offered for this position, reflecting the high level of expertise required. Additionally, the successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and innovative team that values collaboration, creativity, and professional growth.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams for preliminary and detail design road and bridge projects.
- Manage budgets, schedules, quality, safety, and client satisfaction for all aspects of project management.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to intermediate and junior staff.
- Teamwork in small and large teams, integrating with other engineering disciplines to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
