Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Beaver Bank Station. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities- Budget Management: Analyze and optimize our restaurant's budget to maximize profits and minimize costs.
- Operations Evaluation: Regularly evaluate our daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Staff Performance: Monitor and manage the performance of our staff, providing coaching and training to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Daily Operations Planning: Plan and organize our daily operations to ensure seamless execution and maximum efficiency.
- Scheduling: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize labor costs.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of our inventory, ensuring that we maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant complies with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
- Marketing: Participate in the development and implementation of our marketing plans, working closely with our marketing team to promote our brand and drive sales.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
- Supervision: 5-10 people.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
- Security and Safety: Criminal record check required.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, and attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, and ability to multitask.
