About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers and providing advice and guidance on financial solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Support customers with banking services, including transactions and account management
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with personal, commercial, and partner offers to provide expert advice
  • Contribute to meeting branch business results and customer experience goals
Requirements
  • No prior experience necessary; post-secondary degree or certification in a related field is desirable
  • High-level knowledge of personal, commercial, and partner offers
  • Confident and experienced in using digital tools and applications
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
  • Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions
