Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at EMCO Corporation. As a key member of our Profit Centre team, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, helping them to find the right products and solutions for their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide sales support to customers via telephone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Answer customer inquiries and identify their needs to provide profitable solutions
  • Enter sales orders and process returns and warranty claims in accordance with company procedures
  • Support Counter Sales and Outside Sales activities as part of the team
  • Resolve issues related to customer orders and provide excellent customer service

Requirements

  • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; College and/or University degree an asset
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience with customer service or counter sales
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software to communicate via email and update customer contact files
  • Outstanding customer service and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills with customers, vendors, and teammates
