Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at AGI Canadian Company. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate in a fast-paced environment: Work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with team members: Work closely with other team members to achieve common goals, share knowledge, and provide support.
  • Meet performance standards: Meet or exceed performance standards, including customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality of work.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies: Familiarize yourself with company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management.
  • Problem-solving skills: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
  • Time management skills: Possess strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
  • Availability to work varied shifts: Be available to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
