Catering and Event Services Manager

Hotel Arts Group is seeking a skilled professional to oversee all aspects of catering and events. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proficiency in hotel sales platforms
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster productive relationships across departments
  • 1-2 years of experience in hotel catering, events, meetings, or conference roles
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Soliciting and generating new business opportunities
  • Collaborating with event planners to coordinate catering needs
  • Managing all aspects of catering, including setup details, agendas, and event logistics

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and eligibility for bonuses upon achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Marketing: Solicit and generate new business opportunities
  2. Event Planning: Collaborate with event planners to coordinate catering needs
  3. Catering Operations: Manage all aspects of catering, including setup details, agendas, and event logistics
  4. Client Relations: Negotiate with clients on menu planning, beverage requirements, and other event specifics
  5. Documentation: Confirm event details with clients and prepare necessary documentation
