About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a key role in the Corporate office, responsible for delivering services and programs to build a pipeline of high-quality candidates. This includes supporting the Gateway recruitment processes and strategies, maintaining recruitment technology and systems, reporting metrics and performance of job boards, and assisting in the delivery of talent acquisition programs and training.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer the Company's centralized applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment systems, creating and maintaining job requisitions, job postings, user level access, and templates in ATS.
- Respond to various inquiries from internal and external ATS users to contribute to excellence in their recruitment experience.
- Facilitate recruitment activities, including interviews, reference checks, job offers, and related documentation, in collaboration with the Corporate Human Resources team.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of various recruitment, onboarding, and ATS training activities, including events for redevelopment, new property openings, offsite career fairs, information sessions, and local colleges and universities visits.
- Develop and disseminate all recruitment advertising for the company, coordinating with recruitment vendors and recruitment marketing channels.
- Partner with the Marketing department to build and maintain an engaging career landing page on the corporate website and job boards.
- Push the boundaries on sourcing and hiring tactics by constantly looking for new and creative ways to attract talent and build an ongoing talent pipeline.

Requirements

- Knowledge of recruitment processes and systems
- Ability to administer all aspects of a standard applicant tracking system
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and external contacts to meet operational and departmental objectives
- Ability to define and solve problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of word processing and data-based software, and familiarity with publishing and presentation-related programs and web browsers
- Excellent facilitation skills, experience in training is an asset
- 1-2 years of progressively responsible experience and/or an equivalent combination of related education and experience
- Post-secondary diploma/degree in business or human resources management preferred
- Experience with applicant tracking system(s)
- Experience with talent/recruitment marketing and advertising
