Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Toronto. As an integral member of Altum Health, you will provide exceptional customer service, support clients, and perform administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Assist with client and product coordination, ensuring smooth operations
  • Provide clerical support services, maintaining accurate records and files
  • Perform other duties consistent with the job classification as required
Qualifications
  • High School education required; Office Administration certificate or diploma preferred
  • Minimum one year of related experience; previous on-the-job word processing and spreadsheet experience required
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems diplomatically; general knowledge of office practices and procedures
