We are seeking a skilled Client Services Ambassador to join our team at the CAAT Pension Plan.

Job Summary

This role requires a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills to provide timely and accurate information to our members regarding their pension benefits. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Canadian pension and tax legislation and have experience working in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely information about pension benefits and provisions within established service standards.
  • Educate members on pension-related topics and resolve complex issues in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Escalate complex cases to Pension Analysts for handling and inform the manager of call volumes and issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • University degree and/or college diploma and/or equivalent training, education, and experience.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in customer service, pension, insurance, or finance industry.
  • Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and French.
  • Understanding of Canadian pension and tax legislation (ITA, PBA).
