Realstar is a leading residential property management company with over 160 properties across Canada. As a seasoned professional, you will play an important role in the successful operation of a residential rental building under our management.

About the Role

The Assistant Resident Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the property. Key responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning common areas of the property (hallways, stairs, elevators)
  • Minor maintenance repairs
  • Preparing apartments for new residents
  • Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents
  • Assisting with leasing suites
  • Responding to on-call requests

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Cleaning experience
  • Minor maintenance skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to perform in a team environment
  • Ability to work some on-call evening and weekend shifts
