Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at AJIT TRANSPORT INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including filing, data entry, and document scanning.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and other administrative tools.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask effectively.

Language

The primary language of work is English or French.
