About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Drawbridge Residences Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including files, databases, and other documentation.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our team to achieve organizational goals and objectives, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues and problems in a proactive and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort.
