Job Summary:
Lifemark is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and external customers, while ensuring efficient administrative support and coordination of clinic activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone calls and greet patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Coordinate patient intake, data entry, and scheduling of appointments.
- Assist patients with completing paperwork and ensure accurate information.
- Collect payment at time of service and track coverage for funding streams.
- Provide administrative support to the Care Coordinator Manager and Clinic Director.
Qualifications & Core Competencies:
- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette.
- High degree of organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer and data entry skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
