About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Sales Professional to join our team at Brook Crompton. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our industrial equipment and services to existing and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate costs of installing equipment
  • Promote sales to existing clients
  • Represent companies that export and import products or services to and from foreign countries
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates
  • Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit client's needs
  • Resolve product and service related problems
  • Troubleshoot problems related to equipment
  • Provide customer service
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years or more of experience in the field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
