We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team at Bausch Health. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales and a strong understanding of the industry.
Main Responsibilities- Sales and Business Development: The Sales Professional will be responsible for selling our products to healthcare professionals and developing new business opportunities within their assigned territory.
- Customer Relationships: The Sales Professional will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including healthcare professionals, office staff, and other stakeholders.
- Territory Management: The Sales Professional will be responsible for managing their territory, including identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.
- Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Sciences is required.
- Experience: 2-3 years of proven pharmaceutical sales experience is an asset.
- Interpersonal Skills: The Sales Professional must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
