Electrification Solutions Director

We seek a creative and ambitious leader with strong strategic, operational, and commercial awareness to execute and implement Element's electrification products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients to understand operational, reporting, analytical, and strategic pain points and develop electrification solutions.
  • Develop a scalable, tiered playbook to support clients from early engagements to scaled implementation of zero-emission vehicles and related services.
  • Manage pipeline and prioritization, engaging with key Element commercial stakeholders to define and manage engagement plans.
  • Escalate challenges, engage with clients and leadership for transparency, and manage issue resolution.
  • Develop and improve processes related to electrification products and services.
  • Workplan development, workforce planning, and training material creation to support scalability and hiring plans.
  • Present analysis and findings to senior leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop regular reporting and read-out materials for senior leadership, EXE, and the Board of Directors on electrification progress.

Requirements:

  • BA/BSc in Marketing, Business, or Engineering Sciences or a similar field; MBA preferred with at least 10+ years of work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project and/or program management, including successful program launch or integration.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in people management, including leading in a matrix organization and demonstrated influence management.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management, proficiency in tools and software to organize tasks, track project schedules, milestones, and critical path issues.
  • Strong familiarity with project management tools, practices, and techniques; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus.
