At Element Fleet Management, we're redefining the fleet management industry to be people-first, then business. We're looking for a talented Fleet Management Analyst to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional client experience.

About the Role

  • Support and assist our commercial team by answering Salesforce and business-related process questions
  • Administer day-to-day routine Salesforce processes and automate existing effectiveness processes
  • Provide data management support to our marketing team and drive the resolution of data integrity and systems enhancement issues
  • Create reports for various stakeholders and users of Salesforce

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma and a minimum of 2 years' experience
  • Salesforce functional/technical experience is required, with experience analyzing financial data strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated strong Excel skills, including the use of pivot tables and v-lookup functionality
  • Software proficiency in Microsoft applications and strong relationship building and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and demonstrated experience with data analysis and issue resolution
