Director, Project Engineering Management

Lead the DevOps TeamAs the Director, DevOps, you will bridge the gap between development and operations, ensuring high-quality software delivery at speed while maintaining reliability, scalability, and security.
You will lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit top talent to build a high-performing DevOps team.
- Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and career development opportunities.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize the CI/CD pipeline.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident management practices.
- Integrate security practices into the development pipeline.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a DevOps leadership role.
- Expertise in monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
- Networking knowledge.
- Programming language skills.
- Working experience with containers, Docker, and Kubernetes.
