IT Project Manager Role at Element Fleet Management

At Element Fleet Management, we are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead our capital project initiatives. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills and expertise in project management best practices.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery. You will work closely with members of the IT and business teams to evaluate, prioritize, and execute projects that align with our business strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage daily activities of the project team
  • Identify and assess project dependencies, providing timely recommendations
  • Establish and monitor project performance through associated measurement criteria
  • Conduct monthly reviews of project financials, including validation, correction of actuals, forecasting, and resource planning
  • Develop and ensure compliance of project management policies, including weekly reporting and alignment with stakeholders
  • Construct baseline scope, timeline, and budget for completion of capital projects
  • Provide consulting support to business leaders during the ideation phase of projects
  • Maintain resource planning, including internal assignments, conflicts, and augmentation efforts

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field required
  • 3-6 years progressive experience in project management
  • Expert knowledge in project management best practices, development lifecycles, and supporting tools
  • Experience managing projects using frameworks from Waterfall to Agile

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated around $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
