About the Role

We're seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead our capital project initiatives through the initiation, planning, development, and deployment phases of the SDLC. As a key member of our IT team, you'll partner with business stakeholders to evaluate, prioritize, and execute projects that drive business strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage daily activities of the project team
  • Identify and assess project dependencies, providing timely recommendations
  • Establish and monitor project performance through measurement criteria
  • Conduct monthly reviews of project financials, validating actuals and forecasting future months
  • Develop and ensure compliance of project management policies, including weekly reporting and stakeholder alignment
  • Construct baseline scope, timeline, and budget for capital project completion
  • Provide consulting support to business leaders during project ideation
  • Maintain resource planning, including internal assignments, conflicts, and augmentation efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field
  • 3-6 years of progressive experience in project management
  • Expert knowledge in project management best practices, development lifecycles, and supporting tools
  • Experience managing projects using frameworks from Waterfall to Agile
