Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Twisted Food Concepts INC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget to maintain profitability.
- Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and coach employees to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Supervise staff, including training, development, and performance management.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best prices and services.
- Leading/instructing individuals to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing efficiency and productivity.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
