Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement menus that showcase our resort's culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our guests.
    • Work closely with our culinary team to ensure that dishes are prepared to the highest standards and presented in an appealing manner.
  • Staff Management
    • Supervise and train our culinary staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional service.
    • Lead by example and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in all aspects of kitchen operations.
  • Inventory Management
    • Oversee the management of our kitchen inventory, including the ordering and receipt of supplies and the maintenance of accurate records.
    • Work with our procurement team to ensure that we are sourcing the highest quality ingredients at competitive prices.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Diploma or degree in culinary arts or a related field.

    • Proven track record of success in menu planning, staff management, and inventory control.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
