As a Quality Service Analyst at Community Living BC, you will be responsible for representing the organization as the primary point of contact for service providers.

Your key accountabilities will include developing service contracts or agreements, negotiating costing details and quantities, and consulting with facilitators about support requests and service availability.

You will also conduct on-site monitoring reviews and investigate competency and service issues, work with facilitators to assist individuals and their families in crisis, and recruit and develop new service relationships.

Additionally, you will ensure service collaboration and develop cost-sharing agreements, liaise with key staff regarding funding limitations or delays, and review financial reports to ensure delivery of services for approved funding supports.

Qualifications
  • Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Work, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working in the social services sector in areas such as resource development or contract management is required.
  • An equivalent combination of relevant education/experience may be considered.

Possession of a Class 5 driver's license and a clean driver's abstract are required.

This is a hybrid work opportunity that combines on-site office work with flexibility to work from home within BC after passing a 6-month probationary period.

Occasional travel is required.
