    • Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless hotel operations.
  • Customer Service
    • Assist guests with special needs, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
    • Perform same duties as workers supervised, maintaining a high level of service quality.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient hotel operations.
    • Requisition materials and supplies, maintaining a well-stocked inventory.
    • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed.
  • Training and Development
    • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of energy and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Efficient interpersonal skills.
    • Team player with a positive attitude.
    • Ability to work 30-40 hours per week.
