Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist guests with special needs, providing personalized attention and ensuring their stay is memorable.
  • Coordinate and review work, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed.
  • Requisition materials and supplies to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
