Guest Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Quality INN. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and leading a team of staff to deliver outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of 3-4 staff members to provide exceptional guest service and ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Assist guests with special needs and ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Coordinate and review work to ensure efficient hotel operations and high-quality guest service.
- Train and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies to ensure the hotel's operational needs are met.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
