About the Role

As a Quality Service Analyst at Community Living BC, you will play a critical role in representing the organization as the primary point of contact for service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Contract Development: Develop and negotiate service contracts or agreements, including costing details and quantities.
  • Contract Management: Negotiate contract costing and advise on requirements for corrective action in contracted service delivery.
  • Service Coordination: Consult with Facilitators about support requests, service availability, and resource suitability.
  • Monitoring and Quality Assurance: Conduct on-site monitoring reviews and investigate competency and service issues.
  • Crisis Support: Work with the Facilitator to assist individuals and their families who are experiencing a crisis.
  • Relationship Development: Recruit and develop new service relationships.
  • Collaboration and Cost-Sharing: Ensure service collaboration and develop cost-sharing agreements.
  • Financial Management: Liaise with key staff regarding current funding limitations or delays and participate as a team member in local budget management.
  • Financial Reporting: Review financial reports to ensure delivery of services for approved funding supports.

Requirements:

  • Education: Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Work, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Experience working in the social services sector in areas such as resource development or contract management.
  • Equivalent Combination: An equivalent combination of relevant education/experience may be considered.

Additional Requirements:

  • Driver's License: Possession of a Class 5 driver's license and a clean driver's abstract are required.
  • Hybrid Work Arrangement: Hybrid work combines on-site office work with flexibility to work from home within BC after passing a 6-month probationary period.
  • Travel: Occasional travel required.
