Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Quality INN. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences and leading a team of staff to deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 3-4 staff members to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Assist guests with special needs and ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Coordinate and review work to ensure efficient operation of the hotel and delivery of excellent customer service.
  • Requisition materials and supplies to maintain a well-stocked and organized hotel environment.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
