Sales Director for Retail Media

As a Sales Director for Retail Media, you will be responsible for generating multiple revenue streams by identifying customer needs and offering solutions from Broadsign's diverse line of products. You will prospect new business within your vertical, lead product demonstrations, and develop relationships with key accounts to negotiate profitable business terms.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage strategic relationships with key stakeholders within the retail media vertical across North America and LATAM.
- Prospect new business and lead product demonstrations to showcase the Broadsign Platform.
- Negotiate profitable business terms with key accounts.
- Teach and guide clients throughout the sales process to provide them with the best solutions possible.
- Demonstrate the Broadsign Platform to clients, discuss system requirements, and discuss the various ways that clients may integrate external systems by leveraging Broadsign's APIs.
- Experience in selling software and a deep knowledge of the retail vertical.
- Experience developing and managing strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to be a team player and collaborate with Broadsign's internal stakeholders to deliver on client needs.
- Unique ability to solve practical problems and think outside the box when dealing with unexpected situations.
- University degree in business, technology, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to understand the value of teamwork.
- Ability to speak a second language is a strong asset.
- Strong understanding of the challenger sales methodology.

Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so incumbents can communicate with their colleagues and partners in Quebec as necessary. French-language training is offered to all incumbents in permanent positions in Quebec who do not have a good knowledge of French. Fluent English is required for this position in order to communicate with colleagues, clients, and partners (or suppliers) located outside Quebec and to understand the technical and scientific documentation used in our industry.
