About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Secretary to join our team at BMB Foodservice. As a Sales Secretary, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in their daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing and maintaining sales reports, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing schedules.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including sales team members, customers, and vendors.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, and ensure that all necessary documents are completed and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills.
