About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Secretary to join our team at BMB Foodservice. As a Sales Secretary, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by providing administrative assistance, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, maintaining sales records, and coordinating sales meetings.
  • Sales Coordination: Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling appointments, preparing sales materials, and maintaining sales databases.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including sales team members, customers, and vendors.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate and organized records, including sales reports, customer information, and sales databases.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Asset Languages: Mandarin, Vietnamese, and Thai are considered assets.
Work Environment

The Sales Secretary will work in a fast-paced retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre environment, with a large caseload and workload. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
