About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Secretary to join our team at SUNWOO GLOBAL INC. As a Sales Secretary, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by providing administrative assistance, managing office procedures, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the sales team, including preparing meeting minutes, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
  • Develop and implement efficient office procedures and routines to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including data, statistics, and other information.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Arrange travel and related itineraries, as well as make reservations as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, directing them to contacts or service areas, and responding to electronic enquiries.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
