About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Bath & Body Works. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and increase loyalty.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to associates to improve their sales and customer service skills.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and initiatives, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
