Key Responsibilities:
Team Development: Consistently assess, mentor, and train team members on product knowledge, styling, sales techniques, and operational protocols. Collaboration with District Manager: Work closely with the District Manager to document discussions, formulate performance enhancement strategies, and oversee corrective action processes. Talent Development: Cultivate in-store talent and identify potential leaders by promoting from within. Operational Excellence: Implement store opening and closing procedures in accordance with company standards. Visual Merchandising: Ensure effective merchandising of products and displays to optimize sales and profitability.Qualifications:
Proven track record in maintaining operational excellence, including KPI analysis, scheduling, and inventory oversight. Demonstrated experience in recruiting, nurturing talent, and guiding team members. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
