Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

- Collaborate with district managers to develop and implement business strategies that align with company objectives

- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and community partners

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve store operations and customer experience

Requirements:


- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction in a retail environment

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and community partners

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
