Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Yashwa Retail Business Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates and management staff to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
  • Sales and Revenue: Meet or exceed sales targets, prepare sales reports, and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Store Operations: Establish work schedules, manage cash handling, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Performance Management: Monitor sales performance, provide feedback and coaching to staff, and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
