Job Description: Branch Administrator

The Branch Administrator will provide administrative support to real estate agents, assisting them with various tasks and responsibilities. This is a part-time position, approximately - hours a week, Monday to Friday afternoon shift, with the possibility of adding a Saturday shift in the future.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer general administrative questions from agents and respond to their inquiries.
  • Communicate with agents, Deal processing department, and Accounting department.
  • Sort and distribute received fax and mail on a timely basis.
  • Collect deposit cheques from agents/buyers and prepare receipts.
  • Prepare bank deposits for real estate trust, commission, and general account.
  • Complete listing validations verification.
  • Upload listings to MLS and communicate with RECO and OREB.
  • Assist agents with deal processing paperwork and ensure they follow the proper procedures.
  • Help managers with signing up new real estate agents.
  • Update social media channels with relevant posts and monitor and respond to post activity.
  • Issue office keys and security pass cards to realtors when needed.
  • Perform general upkeep at the office and agent workstations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Requirements:

  • Experience in real estate is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Lonewolf, Brokerwolf, OREB, and MLS is an asset.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and experience using them in a work environment.
  • Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to operate calmly and efficiently.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Suite.
  • Independent worker and team player.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Superior problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail and fine-tuned organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced office environment.
