About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at DR. ODINAKACHUKWU SANDRA OKEZUE INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of our office, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the maintenance of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Human Resources: Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Financial Management: Assist with financial tasks, including preparing invoices, managing expenses, and reconciling accounts.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: Igbo
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with a large workload and a focus on attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
