About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to join our team at DR CHIBUIKEM OFOEGBU INC. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
  • Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Office Operations: Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including carrying out administrative activities of the establishment.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week
