About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at DR. ODINAKACHUKWU SANDRA OKEZUE INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Procedures: Implement new administrative procedures, review and evaluate existing ones, and ensure they are followed by office staff.
  • Work Prioritization: Establish work priorities, ensure deadlines are met, and oversee the administration of office activities.
  • Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in accordance with government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Reporting and Data Entry: Assemble data, prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Office Operations: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, resolve conflict situations, and commission systems and components.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Language: Fluency in Igbo and English.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment, and under pressure.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a large workload environment.
