Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at UGO Fuel. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
