Job Title: Administration Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team at Rocket Immigration Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Train staff on new procedures and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 people and ensure a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines is managed efficiently.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and reliable with strong time management skills.
